Naturecare Group is composed of a group of experts from various fields with many different skills sets and knowledge. We have a team that is very passionate about their job and work together on new ideas and innovations to provide the best service to our customers. Production and Manufacturing

Responsible for the efficient and quality-driven manufacturing of health supplement products, the Production and Manufacturing department is led by the Production Manager. This team ensures adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols in manufacturing operations. Skilled Manufacturing Technicians operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring precise formulation and packaging of health supplements according to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety across all our products. Our rigorous quality assurance processes are built on globally recognized frameworks, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certifications, ensuring that every product meets stringent regulatory requirements and internal benchmarks. Through meticulous testing, robust quality control measures, and continuous compliance audits, we guarantee the safety, efficacy, and reliability of our products. Sales and Marketing

Drives business growth through tailored strategies for both OEM and ODM clients in the health supplement industry. We develop and executes sales plans to expand market reach, acquire new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing partners. Concurrently, we devise comprehensive marketing campaigns and branding strategies that resonate with target audiences, enhancing product visibility and marketing positioning in a competitive landscape.

Customer Support

Focus on client satisfaction and efficient product distribution, to ensure seamless communication with clients and timely delivery of products. The Customer Support Manager manages client relationships, addresses inquiries, and resolves issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Logistics Coordinator oversees shipping, inventory management, and distribution logistics, optimizing supply chain operations to meet client demands effectively.

Research and Development
Our Research and Development (R&D) team is dedicated to driving innovation and continuous product improvement. We focus on developing new formulations and enhancing existing products to meet evolving consumer preferences and regulatory standards. Our R&D process includes creating sample formulations based on customer requests and conducting sensory testing to assess product acceptance. By combining scientific insights with practical solutions, we ensure our products align with market needs and deliver high-quality results that satisfy both customer expectations and industry standards.
Regulatory Affairs
We are committed to ensuring that all our products meet local and international regulatory standards. We prioritize full compliance with Malaysia's regulatory requirements, including BKKM (Ministry of Health) and NPRA (National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency) guidelines for product registration, as well as Halal certification. In addition, we provide expert services for managing export documentation, ensuring smooth product entry into global markets. By closely monitoring regulatory changes and preparing all necessary submissions, we ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and legality. This dedication fosters trust and confidence among both regulatory authorities and our clients, ensuring our products are always compliant and market-ready worldwide.
Administration and Human Resources

Provides essential support for organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across OEM and ODM operations. The Human Resources Manager oversees recruitment, talent development, and employee relations strategies to foster a skilled and motivated workforce. The Administrative Coordinator manages administrative tasks, facilitates interdepartmental coordination, and supports operational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the organization.
